This was actually on my last day in Kuching, about 2 hours before I leave...We went to Sarawak Golf Club or whatever the place is called. We ordered some Sashimi, Beal has just started her "Sushi experience" after she ate Fish Egg Roll called Ebiko or something like that a few days before this, she still wont dare to try the Raw fishes though :P, So she ate Crabsticks instead. So this is me Eating my Sashimi, my favorite food :) Beal prefers Chinese food more.
Question, Sushi/Sashimi is considered one of the expensive foods in the world, question is why? These fishes arent spiced, salted or sugarized and they're not cooked, there are no preparations to the meat other than cutting it, removing the bones and serve it fresh and cold. The taste of Sashimi feeds the mind more than it feeds the stomach for me, its taste boosts your day better, its alot like love :D, I love it!
